Zeiss Duramax CMM
A versatile scanning CMM utilizing the latest software to measure critical features including tight tolerance dimensions, form and positional characteristics. The Duramax is shop hardened and is utilized near critical work centers for process quality checks.
Zeiss O-Inspect Multi-Sensor CMM
A versatile tactile and optical CMM, similar to the Duramax, but includes a precision, high magnification optics package that measures chamfers, radii, and small or sensitive features.
Keyence TM-065 Optical Micrometer
Quick on-the-floor optical micrometer, similar to a comparator. The TM-065 can measure lengths and diameters within 100 ms in a shop environment. It is currently utilized on our shop floor to add timely inspection checkpoints to our product quality processes.
Mahr MarSurf
Mahr MarSurf, a contour form tracer, enables quick 2D line scanning measurements including chamfers, edge breaks, radii, groove widths, etc.
Mahr MMQ 100
The Mahr MMQ 100 is an extremely accurate form measurement machine for inspecting runouts, flatness and roundness. It’s portability makes it ideal for use both in the lab and on the shop floor.
