At Morgan Bronze Products, Inc. we provide a variety of precision manufactured components utilized in pump, valve, and actuation applications. Our machined parts are wear and corrosion resistant to reliably meet the critical demands of our customers. We maintain a vast inventory of stock items along with the capacity for custom solutions.
Manufacturing is completed at our ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified facility, utilizing state of the art equipment and the latest production methods. On site machinery includes CNC 4 and 5 axis turning, milling, and vertical machine centers, robotic auto cells, and grinding, lapping, and EDM. Combining our advanced machinery with experienced workmanship allows us to deliver tight tolerance high performance parts for systems requiring fast and efficient operation. Finishing options include heat treating and plating, powder coating, HVOF, diode laser, and flame spray with fusing.
Manufactured products include wear rings, case rings, shaft sleeves, swash plates, spacers, valve seats, and valve plugs. Our selection of bushings including line shaft, bronze, and backflow bushings; and we produce a wide range of nuts including lock nuts, worm gear nuts, lead screw nuts, thrust nuts, stem, retainer, and travel nuts. Rodder pump water end pistons and Rodder pump oil end pistons are also available.
The metals distribution aspect of our business is renown, and we provide a range of specialized materials specifically suited for pump, valve, and actuation processes. Supplied materials include C93200 bearing bronze, C83600 leaded red brass, C93700 high leaded tin bronze, C95400 and C95500 aluminum bronze, C86300 manganese bronze, C63000 nickel aluminum bronze and a range of stainless steels and corrosion resistant alloys.
