We operate a full service machine shop, outfitted with a range of advanced equipment including 4 and 5 axis CNC turning and milling machinery, and automation abilities including robotic cells and bar loading. Processes including grinding, lapping, and EDM machining are also employed to create tight tolerance parts. Component longevity and durability are extended with thermal coatings applied with HVOF, diode laser, and flame spraying technologies.
