Tight tolerance parts are precision machined utilizing the latest production methods and state of the art equipment including 4 and 5 axis CNC turning and milling machines, with automated robotic cells, as well as OD grinding, lapping, sawing, and EDM machining. Fabricated products include bearing segments, gib segments, swash plates, wear plates, spacers, shaft bearings, transfer bearings, gear blanks, cylinder liners, mixer blades, mixing scrapers, and bearing support rings among other parts. We also handle MRO parts packaging and assemblies.

We are trusted providers of the highest quality materials for a variety of requirements. Supplied materials include 300 and 400 series stainless steels, 17-4 PH stainless, alloy steels, copper based alloys including copper beryllium and ToughMet® alloys, iron alloys, inconel, and hastalloy.
