At Morgan Bronze Products, Inc., we are pleased to offer in-stock and custom manufactured products specifically suited to the critical demands of aerospace applications. We specialize in components for aircraft brakes and wheels, jet engine and aircraft structural assembly including drive plates, replacement sleeves, axle bearing sleeves, and encapsulated bearings. Also manufactured are sleeve bearings, torque arm bearing sleeves, torque pins with ceramic coating, aerospace bushings, aircraft bushings, landing gear bushings, copper beryllium bushings and torque tube spacers.
Our state of the art facility features an extensive selection of advanced equipment for precision machining including CNC turning and vertical machining centers, along with wire EDM equipment, grinders, and band saws. Equipment features include 4 and 5 axis, bar feeding, and robotic cells.
We manage an impressive materials warehouse, allowing for instant access to materials with specific mechanical and physical properties. Materials routinely utilized for aerospace components are abrasive and wear resistant, and have high strength capabilities under severe loads. That material list includes C95500 and C95500 HT aluminum bronze as per AMS code 4880, C95400 aluminum bronze “9C”, C86300 manganese bronze (SAE 430 B), C63000 nickel aluminum bronze as per AMS 4640, CuBe CA 172 per AMS 4535 and 4650 codes, 300 and 400 series stainless steels, 4130 and 4140 steel, ToughMet 3® alloy, inconel, and hastelloy. A variety of premium surface finishes such as high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) coatings, laser diode coating, powder coating with fusion, heat treating, and plating are also available.
